PD0325901是一種靶向MAPK(MAPK/ERK kinase 或MEK)的小分子,具潛在的抗腫瘤活性。PD0325901是MEK抑制劑CI-1040的衍生物,選擇性結(jié)合和抑制MEK,可能引起MAPK/ERK的磷酸化和活化,抑制腫瘤細胞增殖。與ALK5抑制劑SB431542一起,PD0325901能夠提高人原代成纖維細胞重編程為誘導(dǎo)多潛能干細胞(iPS)的能力。
